Special Finders Fees
for Property Managers!
St. Clair Properties is looking to purchase rentals in Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona and for a limited time we are offering property managers finders fees for any leads on properties that result in a closed sale.
We are looking for:
- Residential investment properties
- Built between 1950-2005
- 8-units and up
We can close quickly, often on a date of the seller’s choice, with little-to-no impact on tenants. In exchange for helping us find a property to purchase, we are offering a finders fee equal to 1% of the purchase price or 2-years property management fees paid up front, whichever is higher. We’re especially interested in properties that:
- Need remodeling
- Have foundation or roof problems
- Are difficult to rent or manage or have high turnover rates
