“My favorite part of real estate is the physical aspect. Every experience occurs in a physical setting, and settings are often a critical component of the experiences themselves. Take for example, a dinner party with friends in a warm, inviting living room next to a fire. The setting helps make the experience. I like real estate because I feel it gives me a role in shaping the way physical world.”
