St. Clair Properties is different. Beyond a traditional real estate brokerage we work hard to find our clients investments that will grow wealth and be building blocks in a real estate portfolio. With an in-house property management division and hundreds of construction projects under our belt, we understand what makes investments profitable. We know the market and can pass this knowledge on to you.
For the first five years out of college, owner Jim St Clair worked with his parents at Prudential Real Estate Professionals as a broker. He represented hundreds of people and sold over $30 million in properties. In 2005, he purchased his first investment near Hayward field and it was during this time that he became passionate about real estate investing. He has since purchased dozens of homes near the U of O and now coaches his clients on how to do this in an effective and profitable way.
Five years ago Jim co-founded Campus Connection Property Management, which specializes in UO properties. Jim and his team offer full service for his clients as they help them through the buying process and take care of all of their management needs. In 2011, St. Clair properties was founded to bring the sales group under the same roof as the management team.

What our clients are saying
“Jim brings his professional integrity and intelligence to every business transaction. I have felt complete confidence in his honesty and his abilities. In addition to these sterling attributes, he goes more than the extra mile to support my needs as a client.”
1690 East 26th Ave, Eugene, OR 97403
2014Felice May 10, 2016
“Jim has helped me buy three investment houses and is very knowledgeable about university-area rentals. He is also part of a family RE business that has many bases covered in the Eugene, Oregon market. Jim has been instrumental to my success as a real estate investor.”
1167 Ferry Street, Eugene, Oregon, 97401
2014David May 10, 2016
“Jim has a knack for finding strong investments and makes under-promising and over-delivering a habit. Throughout my experiences with working with Jim he was always proactive in finding properties, conservative and honest with his evaluations, and very proficient at what he does. This was not the first property I’ve bought with Jim and I’m sure it won’t be the last.”
1461 Hilyard, Eugene, OR 97401
2014Justin May 10, 2016
“If you are looking for a realtor that is willing to think outside the box and present to you more options than just, do you like it, buy it. Someone that will take the time to educate you on the buying and selling process and what that involves. Someone who can teach you how to make better decisions concerning your real estate portfolio. Jim St. Clair may be just the realtor for you.”
559 East 16th, Eugene, OR 97401
2014Marilyn May 10, 2016
“As a property owner I am very happy with the service that Charlie and Jim provided to us and to our tenants. Communication is excellent and they treat tenants well. It is a compeititive environment and treating customers well is a key aspect of a successfull plan. They have to treat the property owners AND the tenants (usually students) with respect and they do. We have had a property issues but they are addreess quickly and to the satisfaction of both parties. I would highly reccomend them.”
